Founded in 1989, PCDC is a 501(C) (3) non-profit organization committed to developing quality, affordable housing for people living on modest means while offering on-site supportive service that delivers measurable and meaningful positive impact. Through grants, donations, third-party resident service contracts, and trusted partnerships with developers, we are able to create and rehabilitate rental communities and improve the quality of life for residents.
